Return Window

  • 30-Day Return Policy: Return any instrument within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
  • Restocking Fee: NONE – We don't charge restocking fees
  • Return Shipping: Free return shipping on defective items

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@guitarpappy.com or call 1-800-MARTIN1 to initiate a return
  2. Receive RMA: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Pack Securely: Use the original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, tags, and documentation
  4. Ship Back: Attach the provided return label and ship via the designated carrier
  5. Refund: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

Conditions for Return

  • Item must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Strings should not be removed or changed
  • Setup modifications void the return policy

Warranty Information

Manufacturer Warranty

All instruments come with the manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer:

  • Martin: Limited lifetime warranty
  • Fender: Limited lifetime warranty
  • Gibson: Limited lifetime warranty
  • PRS: Limited lifetime warranty
  • Ibanez: 1-year limited warranty

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Workmanship issues
  • Hardware failures (under normal use)
  • Electronic component failures

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper storage (humidity, temperature)
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect playability

Exchange Policy

Want to exchange for a different model or color? We'll process exchanges quickly. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
