Return Window
- 30-Day Return Policy: Return any instrument within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
- Restocking Fee: NONE – We don't charge restocking fees
- Return Shipping: Free return shipping on defective items
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email returns@guitarpappy.com or call 1-800-MARTIN1 to initiate a return
- Receive RMA: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack Securely: Use the original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, tags, and documentation
- Ship Back: Attach the provided return label and ship via the designated carrier
- Refund: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
Conditions for Return
- Item must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Strings should not be removed or changed
- Setup modifications void the return policy
Warranty Information
Manufacturer Warranty
All instruments come with the manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer:
- Martin: Limited lifetime warranty
- Fender: Limited lifetime warranty
- Gibson: Limited lifetime warranty
- PRS: Limited lifetime warranty
- Ibanez: 1-year limited warranty
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Workmanship issues
- Hardware failures (under normal use)
- Electronic component failures
What's Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper storage (humidity, temperature)
- Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect playability
Warranty Claims

Exchange Policy
Want to exchange for a different model or color? We'll process exchanges quickly. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
